Refund policy

All returns require the original purchase invoice; appliances must be returned within 14 days of original purchase date with original packaging, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Return postage will be the responsibility of the consumer. Spices, sauces, other consumables and shipping are not eligible for return.
